Conditions for a Refund
We accept returns and exchanges if the item(s) are
returned in their original condition within thirty
days of initially recieving it in the mail. Upon
reciept and verification of the returned item we
will refund totally the amount, minus original shipping
and handling. Return shipping and handling charges
are non- refundable.
Refund Payment
Refunds are given in the same form of payment as
that of the original purchase. If you pay by credit
card a credit will appear on your next months statement.
If you paid with a check or money order we will
issue you a refund check.
Return Packing
When returning any product be sure and pack the
item very carefully to insure its safe undamaged
return. We suggest returning packages via UPS or
US Postal Service Insured Mail. Please note that
you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
Shipping Insurance
Please insure and/or certify the shipment to protect
yourself against loss or damage when returning items
to us. Refunds or replacements will only be issued
once the defective merchandise has been received
at our warehouse.
XL or Custom Art
For some custom orders or extra large items there
may be a fifteen percent restocking fee on returns.
