 Crating
& Boxing - All art pieces are packed carefully
usually single or double boxed or in a wood crate.
Those items that need to be crated for safe transporting
may incur additional expense compared to boxed items.
North America Delivery Period - When an item
is in-stock, you can expect your order to be completely
fulfilled within seven to ten working days for continental
USA and Canada.
International Locations - Expect between
two to three weeks to be received. Where there are
circumstances that dictate that the item needs to
be sourced directly from Africa, delivery may be
delayed by one week.
Insured Shipment - All works of art are insured
to safeguard your purchase from any mishaps in transit
to your home or office.
Credit Responsibility Guarantee - If the
overall cost increases for any reason whatsoever,
before processing any additional charges, we will
notify you by e-mail or phone and seek your approval,
otherwise we will cancel the order.
Return Shipping & Packing - If you happen
to be returning the item for any reason you will
want to have saved all the packing materials and
send it back exactly the way it came: boxed with
padding filling every open space.
Warranty - Also if you are unsatisfied with
your purchase you can return it in its original
condition within 14 days of initially receiving
it in the mail. Then you can get in-store credit
or a full refund in the same form of payment as
that of your original purchase. |
